What is RestQ?
It is a sales platform for mattress and bedding stores and retailers with a dedicated sleep section, developed by Dazeris. It provides Android and iOS apps and a web app for computers. It lets you look up products, prices, sizes, technical datasheets and comparisons, control negotiations, and create and reopen quotes.
What do I need to use it?
A mobile or tablet for the Android or iOS app, or a computer with a browser for the web app. You can support the sale on the shop floor and continue working from a computer without switching tools.
Who provides the catalogues?
Manufacturers provide us with their catalogue information. At RestQ, we organise and incorporate it so authorised stores can consult products, sizes, options, datasheets and price lists during the sale.
Which catalogues will my store be able to access?
Your store can access the catalogues available in RestQ for which it has authorisation from the relevant manufacturer. Each manufacturer decides which stores can consult its catalogue. Subscribing to a plan does not automatically grant access to every catalogue.
What if one of my manufacturers is not on RestQ yet?
Tell us which manufacturer you work with so we can contact them and discuss adding their catalogue. Availability depends on the manufacturer providing the information and authorising access for your store.
How long does it take to get started?
It depends on the availability of the catalogues you need and each manufacturer's authorisation. We first review your situation and guide you through the next steps: catalogue activation, an in-store trial and adjustments based on use.
Is it right for my store?
RestQ is designed for mattress and bedding stores and retailers with a dedicated sleep section that manage many products, sizes, options and price lists: mattresses, bases, divans, pillows, bed frames, adjustable beds, toppers, cot mattresses and sleep accessories. If you work with datasheets and price lists from several manufacturers, it is an especially good fit.
What happens when a manufacturer changes its price list?
If the catalogue uses a point value, you only need to update that value. RestQ automatically recalculates the linked prices for its products, sizes and options, without reviewing them one by one.
How is the annual plan paid?
With annual billing, Starter is equivalent to €29/month, paid as €348 upfront for the full year. Pro is equivalent to €49/month, paid as €588 upfront. These are not monthly instalments. Either plan saves €120 compared with twelve monthly payments. Prices exclude indirect taxes. The applicable treatment depends on the customer's territory.
Is Enterprise available?
Not yet. ERP integration, sales reports, customer records and PDF quotes are planned Enterprise features and are not currently available. Store and user limits, as well as pricing, will be agreed individually. You can contact us to discuss your needs, but the plan cannot be purchased yet.
